Terms of Service
1. Gamehub Ltd., Psaron, Nicosia, Cyprus, is the owner and operator of the website buyuslotto.com (hereinafter referred to as "BuyUsLotto," the "Website," or "Our").
On the registration of an account by the player or any other user of buyuslotto.com who agrees to all the terms and conditions set out above, our terms and conditions become legally valid and enforceable.
2. On BuyUsLotto, all prices and balances are displayed in US dollars ($).
3. A player's continued use of our service signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions and any revisions made by BuyUsLotto. These terms and conditions may be changed from time to time.
4. Only people who are at least 18 years old are permitted to enter any of the raffles or lotteries offered, to participate in them, or to win any prizes.
BuyUsLotto purchases, stores, and manages the legitimate lottery entries as part of their messenger service.
5. The entries reflect tickets bought for participation in the official lotteries organized and administered by the lottery operators and not by BuyUsLotto. BuyUsLotto does not sell any kind of lottery or gambling products.
6. BuyUsLotto, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss or harm, whether direct or indirect, resulting from the use of third-party marketers' and advertisers' published content.
7. Before making their first purchase, a player must register and create a BuyUsLotto account by giving the company accurate personal information. This is necessary to prevent delays in the ordering of their ticket entries and the processing of winning claims.
8. Our FAQ page has a list of restrictions by region and nation. These prohibited areas' residents won't be allowed to register for an account. If a registered player later moves to one of these prohibited areas, they will no longer be allowed to execute payments or win claims.
9. Once a player's account has been established, the player accepts that they will be held strictly responsible for any actions related to that account. As soon as a player suspects or learns of a possible account breach, they must immediately notify BuyUsLotto.
10. Per player, only one account is allowed. The right to disable, prohibit, or remove accounts that are thought to be duplicates is reserved by BuyUsLotto. Additionally, BuyUsLotto retains the right to ban and/or suspend any player who shows any indication of wanting to duplicate their account or otherwise abuse registration services. Any effort to get around the regional account limits falls under this category. Any winnings from these accounts will continue to belong to BuyUsLotto and/or its representatives.
11. If there hasn't been any action on a player's account for 365 days in a row, it will be deemed dormant. A $10 administrative fee will be applied to dormant accounts at the end of each month for as long as they are inactive or until all winnings and/or account balances are zero, whichever comes first. Neither a dormant account nor any registered payment method will ever be subject to an administration fee. Any activity on the account will reactivate it and remove the monthly fee. Any administrative charges made thus far are not transferable.
12. On buyuslotto.com, the player selects the ticket entries, including future-dated entries, and purchases them in accordance with the policies and procedures of the relevant lotteries.
13. After the specified cut-off time for the lottery draw, BuyUsLotto cannot buy any additional ticket entries. At this cutoff time, the website switches over to the following draw date that is open. On BuyUsLotto, each lottery has a unique countdown to the deadline that displays the amount of time left to buy tickets for the upcoming draw.
14. The legitimate lottery tickets purchased will determine the claim, and a player will receive an email confirmation of their purchase after it has been verified. The player is responsible for getting in touch with BuyUsLotto via email as soon as they don't receive a confirmation of their purchase.
15. On a best-efforts basis, official lottery tickets bought on a player's behalf are given in digitally scanned form. Providing a scanned copy of the ticket might not be available during periods of incredibly high sales volume. When a scan can't be provided, players will be informed before making a purchase, whenever possible. When official lottery ticket scans are supplied, players have access to them through their secure account. Scans will not be attached to emails.
16. BuyUsLotto disclaims all liability for any mistakes made by the player when directing the purchase of a ticket entry. The player is responsible for verifying that the data and information provided are accurate.
17. BuyUsLotto is unable to issue any returns after a player starts buying ticket entries, and ticket entries cannot be changed or canceled once they have been purchased. Before making a purchase, players must double-check their figures for accuracy. A welcome bonus may be provided to new players by BuyUsLotto at its discretion. On the home page and in other places around the website, it will be very obvious if the Welcome Bonus promotion is offered.
18. When a player makes their first purchase while the Welcome Bonus promotion is in effect, they will earn a Welcome Bonus amount, which will be added to their Rewards Balance and will match their initial purchase up to a maximum of $50 (fifty US dollars). Even if the original purchase is for less than $50, the welcome bonus is a one-time introductory offer for first-time customers only and cannot be given on subsequent transactions.
19. After a player makes their first purchase and is eligible for a Welcome Bonus promotion, the Welcome Bonus will automatically appear in their Rewards Balance and can be applied to future purchases. Any profits attained as a result of purchases made with Welcome Bonus funds will be recognized as regular winnings and can be claimed in accordance with the current rules for winnings claims. For your reference, a payment descriptor will be displayed for each credit card transaction on the order confirmation page or order confirmation email. "GAMEHUB*BUYUSLOTTO" and "BUYUSLOTTO.COM" are two possible descriptors at the moment, though they may change in the future.
20. All payments are immediately debited for the amount of the transaction, and in the event of payment fraud, the purchased tickets become BuyUsLotto property, and any winnings derived from them continue to belong to BuyUsLotto and/or its agents.
21. Any transaction that seems fraudulent may be canceled by BuyUsLotto, and the player in question's account may also be suspended.
22. Only players who are legitimately permitted to partake in BuyUsLotto's services under the laws of their applicable jurisdiction may enter into a playing agreement with BuyUsLotto.
23. Any playing agreement reached with a player who is ineligible to use BuyUsLotto's services may be canceled, suspended, revoked, forfeited, or enforced at BuyUsLotto's sole discretion.
24. BuyUsLotto, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates expressly disclaim all liability for any actions taken by players who use the services provided by BuyUsLotto when doing so would be against the law in the relevant jurisdiction.
25. At all relevant times, it is the player's responsibility to make sure that any law that may be in force or that governs their behavior does not preclude them from entering into a playing agreement or using the services that BuyUsLotto provides. It is solely the player's obligation to make sure that any modifications to the legal framework governing their transactions do not have an impact on their ability to use the services provided by BuyUsLotto.
26. BuyUsLotto, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates disclaim all responsibility in the event that the player's offer is not accepted by the appropriate lottery operator. Additionally, BuyUsLotto, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates disclaim all responsibility for errors made by the relevant lottery operator. The cost of the lottery tickets and any service costs associated with the courier services rendered by BuyUsLotto's representatives are included in the fees charged by BuyUsLotto to the player.
27. The only valid prices are those stated at the moment the players choose their ticket entry.
28. Players understand that any gains may be subject to local taxes, which they may be liable to pay. Any taxable gains must still be reported to the player's local tax authorities, which is still their responsibility.
29. Once our agents have verified the ticket numbers, the amount earned for smaller winnings will appear in the winning player's winning balance. If applicable, the amount displayed will, in accordance with the policies of the relevant lottery operator, be less than any taxes or other fees that would typically be subtracted from the overall winnings amount. BuyUsLotto will get in touch with the winning player for greater winnings and make arrangements for the player to pick up their winning ticket in person from our representatives. It is the winning player's sole obligation to make a prize claim with the appropriate lottery operator after the winning ticket has been obtained by the winning player. The winning player is still solely liable for any third-party expenses related to the transfer and collection of winnings.
30. When a player selects the "claim winnings" option on the Claim page and completes the ensuing claims procedure, they can access winnings that are reflected in their winnings balance. There is a required minimum claim amount. Any costs associated with processing said claim belong to the player.
31. BuyUsLotto follows the rules against money laundering. A color photo or scan of the player's government-issued photo ID (such as a passport, driver's license, or ID card); A copy of a recent (within the last three months) utility bill; A recent credit card statement may be requested as part of the claims process.
32. In the player's account on BuyUsLotto, there are three balances that serve different purposes:
+ Money Balance: This balance represents the funds that players have deposited into their account. Players can use this money to purchase ticket items on BuyUsLotto.
+ Bonus Balance: The bonus balance is dedicated to storing various promotional funds and bonuses that are provided to players. This includes welcome bonuses, promotional credits, loyalty program cashbacks, or any other account credits offered by BuyUsLotto. Players can utilize these bonus funds for purchasing tickets or other eligible activities as specified by the promotional terms.
+ Wins Balance: The wins balance reflects any winnings that players have acquired through their ticket entries. When players win prizes, the corresponding amount will be credited to their wins balance. These winnings will then be processed by BuyUsLotto's agents for further handling and distribution to the players.
By maintaining these separate balances, BuyUsLotto ensures clear differentiation between player-deposited funds, promotional bonuses, and winnings. This structure allows players to manage and track their various balances effectively.
33. If a player hasn't made a purchase for more than 60 days, their rewards balance will be forfeited. The entire rewards balance will be shielded from expiration as long as the player makes a purchase during the 60-day window. Due to currency fluctuations, winning amounts advertised may differ from those actually received, and the player hereby waives any claims for discrepancies between publicized and real prizes.
33. Any money that appears in the Rewards Balance can only be utilized by the player to buy raffle and lottery tickets from BuyUsLotto. A player's account cannot be used to withdraw or pay out money from the rewards balance.
34. The addition of bank transfers and other alternative payment methods to a player's account balance will not occur until BuyUsLotto has received and processed them.
Once a player has made a payment successfully, we will securely record a reference to that transaction and add it to the list of registered payment methods, which may be accessed or changed at any time here.
35. The account balance receives credit for any deposits made by the player using a credit card or another form of payment. The money deposited into the account balance can only be used to buy tickets for the lotteries and raffles that BuyUsLotto makes available; it cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
36. The term "subscription" refers to a form of entry and recurring billing that automatically enters the player's ticket entries depending on either the renewal of a multi-draw entry once it has ended or a jackpot subscription where the player has specified the minimum jackpot entry rule. Subscription entries are confirmed by the player choosing the lottery they want to enter as well as the numbers they want to enter. Subscription entries continue until the player logs into their account and modifies the entry details of their subscription entry or stops it entirely.
37. The player agrees that all ticket entries impacted by the subscription process have been acquired with the express permission of the player because the player made the ticket entry selections knowing exactly what would happen and acknowledging what would happen.
38. BuyUsLotto is the only owner of all data, material, and services displayed on, transmitted via, or used in connection with this website.
39. All player data is securely kept, encrypted using SSL, and will be handled privately. All personal information and data are handled by BuyUsLotto in compliance with its privacy policy. BuyUsLotto is shielded from fraud by a number of anti-fraud measures and abides by strong anti-fraud standards.
40. The BuyUsLotto may, from time to time, apply security verification procedures and data identity methods. The only damages that can be claimed are direct ones. The liability policy of BuyUsLotto does not cover indirect and/or consequential damages resulting from the damage-causing incident.
41. BuyUsLotto is under no obligation to buy tickets if they are unable to do so for any reason beyond their control or that of their agents or employees.
42. The executor(s) of a player's estate will be permitted to claim any and all earnings reflected in the player's earnings balance in the event of the player's death.
43. In the event that a player has any grievances, claims, or disputes relating to BuyUsLotto, the player shall promptly submit a complete written account of the event. Send emails with complaints, claims, or disputes to [email protected]. BuyUsLotto retains the right to discontinue any service at any time and without warning.
44. These terms and conditions for setting up participation in lotteries and raffles were originally prepared in English but may have been translated from that language into other languages. The translations solely serve as an explanation, and, in the event of a dispute, the English version alone shall be deemed authoritative.
45. Any legal controversy pertaining to BuyUsLotto shall be resolved in accordance with English law, which will govern these terms and conditions. Players consent to resolving any disagreements or disputes through mediation, followed by arbitration, and to exhausting all other available remedies before taking legal action in England's courts.
